Document ManagementQBIS Project makes it easy to share documents with all members of the project regardless of where they are. You can also store documents at customer level. Unlike some other web applications there is no extra software that is required to be installed to take advantage of this great feature. Documents are uploaded and stored within the project or a customer, making it quick to find associated material. Here's what can be done: - Upload documents into the project or a customer
- Edit a document and save the changes
- Delete a document from the project/customer
- Open a document in lock mode for editing
- View a document's history

Permissions All project members by default will be able to view documents that relate to the project that they are a member of. The project manager can grant privileges to the project members, for example “Read-Write” or “Read-Only” the contents in the project. Sign a document as approvedProject managers can sign documents as approved protecting them against further changes. This can be useful for contracts, meeting protocols, service agreements, etc. View a document's historyThis feature allows the user to see a complete history of a document. Project members can see who created the document, who modified the document and when it was modified. All the events that affect a document are saved from the time the document is first uploaded.
