Assign team members to projects and activities with ease and allocate quotas for each activity member.   You can easily communicate this information to the project team via email, sms and QBIS's own inbuilt messaging system.

Time & Expenses Control

Decide which resources can report time and expense against which projects and activities. Only resources that have been assigned to a project will be allowed to register against it. By applying the appropriate access rights project managers will ensure employees report their time correctly and restrict access to unauthorised projects/activities.

GANTT Charts

Project managers can generate a GANTT chart at anytime from within the project.  This is useful for presenting a visual overview of the project and also seeing the current status.  The GANTT chart includes such information as project phases, activities, budgets, milestones, dependancies and timelines.
