Timesheet Balances

Have you ever experienced situations when your employees have a different opinion on what flex time or overtime they have accrued than you economy personnel have?  QBIS Time helps you avoid these types of conflicts by keeping accurate time balances for all to see.

Your employees can see at a glance what the current balance is for their salary based activities.  You decide which activities to display balances for.  The system automatically keeps track of running totals for selected salary related activities.  Set the system to automatically adjust balances after salary payments are made and set the system to apply and calculate new vacation days balances at the beginning of a new year.  If your company is in the consulting business then you can also optionally display the percentage of chargeable time on the employee's timesheet.  Clicking on any balance will present a detailed transaction list showing how the balance has been calculated.

For example, show balances for:

1. Vacation days left
2. Overtime balance
3. Flex time balance
4. Sickness
5. Chargeable Time % for the current period
