Time Reporting Policies

You decide how you want time to be reported for your organisation and the level of control that should be applied.

QBIS Time will ensure that time is reported correctly by setting up and activating policies to control how you want your staff to register their time.
You can set the system to just give informal warnings to tell users that they are outside time policy limits or set the system to prohibit time reporting that does not comply with company policy.

You can apply time reporting policies that can control such items as overtime, flex time banks, lunch period, compensation time, vacation etc.  QBIS will even warn managers when their employees have reached limits set with the time reporting policies so that proactive action can be made.
