Attendance and/or Project TIME Reporting

All companies have a need for their employees to report time.  Whether it is for preparation of salary purpose, reporting time for invoicing purpose, project tracking or even if it is for company activity analysis,  QBIS Time makes time and attendance reporting fun and easy. If your company only needs to report time and attendance for salary preparation purposes then it is enough to use a simple day and time view like a traditional clock card system.  Using this simple view is enough to keep track on your employees time and attendance.

If your company needs to report time for project tracking and invoicing purposes then switch on the activity time view so that you can report time against customers and projects.  If you want to report time against customers and projects take a look at QBIS Project which is an add-on module to QBIS Time.

You can also optionally use QBIS Time like a diary or log book by adding notes and comments to the timesheet or specific activities.

The QBIS Timesheet interface is the most user-friendly and flexible on the market and will reduce administration time for your employees.  Each individual can even have their timesheet pre-filled according to their normal working routines and then they only have to report exceptions to this.  Each individual can also use a timesheet template for common customer and projects activities that they work with.
