Is my data secure?
QBIS software supports 128-bit encryption and a role-based security model. Our servers are hosted by us, and your information is protected with multiple redundant backups in a professionally managed data center. We have existing business systems. Can QBIS be linked to existing systems?
QBIS can be connected directly to existing Accounting or Invoicing systems, enhancing their functionality and improving your information flow. Communication between systems: Your external applications (such as Salary or Invoicing systems) can be connected to QBIS therefore removing unnecessary redundancy between different business processes.

Will there be much training required?

Is it easy to enter own comments at each time reporting?

Is there a vacation planning tool for the whole company?
In addition to being a competent tool for employees to easily apply for leave, QBIS also fully supports the salary department’s wishes for easy vacation planning. QBIS also has a unique resource managing section where the availability of all employees is easily visible. You can see what the company's bookings are, as well as what projects/activities/vacations etc. each employee is booked on.
Can my project members actively influence the success of the project, deadline, status, etc.?
Within the Project module QBIS has a unique tool for project members to report the status of a project, request more time or even ask for a new end date for an activity. This is done in the "Personal Planner" in QBIS Project, and together with the time reporting for different activities and associated comments, QBIS is a complete tool for project members to influence the success of assigned projects.
What different options does QBIS support when you want to charge a project?
When using QBIS as a project tool, you can, among other things, set the whole project as chargeable or alternatively only certain activities. One can easily have different prices for different activities in the same project; this also applies to project members and activity members. The simplest form that QBIS Project supports is of course to set a fixed price for the whole project or a fixed price for certain activities.
