QBIS CRM allows you to store documents associated to each customer.  Using this functionality you will be able to make available for example, contracts, offers, and any other sales materials.  Because of the nature of QBIS, you be able to share sales documentation and make it available to sales personnel no matter their location.

If you use QBIS Project for project management, documents stored for each customer within the CRM module can also be made available with the project module.
