QBIS modules are offered free or through the renting of the system on a monthly basis. You connect to the system via a web browser and Internet connection.
As a customer you pay a low monthly fee based on the total number of users for each selected module. There is no long term commitment required and you only pay for what you use. QBIS is flexible regarding binding time and start up fee. Discount is automatically applied with the more users that you have. What's IncludedIncluded in the monthly fee is the hosting of the application in our server environment, software and hardware upgrades, daily backup and technical support via email. The price for a system administrator account is £12.50 per month on top of the user price. You need to have a minimum of one (1) system administrator user account for administrating QBIS. Note: 1-2 users customers do not pay an administrator fee. *QBIS Project includes the QBIS Time module so that resources can report time against projects. This cannot be sold separately. **QBIS XML Services is currently free of charge. |
