Timesheet Templates

Do your employees often follow standard working times? Do your employees often work the same project(s) for lengthy periods of time?  If the answer to either of these questions is yes then QBIS Time (our web timesheet program) will help you.

Using a timesheet template will greatly reduce the administration in reporting time.  Your employees can have their timesheet pre-filled with their normal schedule and/or standard project activities meaning less administration for them.   QBIS will also allow your employees to create several templates relating to different types of work which they can call when needed.  They can set a default template and even select whether it should load automatically for each new week.
