QBIS Time provides functionality for centrally managing all the vacation requests in one place.  As employees make online vacation requests, managers will see an overview of all these requests in a graphical calendar presentation (the Vacation Planner).  This feature makes it very easy for your managers to decide whether a vacation request should be approved or declined, as they can see all their employees' availability in one view.  Vacation approvals and non-approvals are all communicated through QBIS's inbuilt messaging system.

Making and approving employees vacation requests are made easier than ever.  Employees make an online request and the manager will receive a message signal when he is logged into QBIS.  The manager can simply approve or decline the request by the single press of a button and the answer will be sent back to the employee.  Approved vacation requests are automatically filled-in on the employee's time sheet saving effort for the employee.
